At Kita Zauber-Wald we spend a lot of time in nature. Together with the children, we explore the surroundings, gain experiences in all weather conditions and give them space to try things out and become independent.

To strengthen our team, we are looking for a committed group leader who enjoys actively shaping everyday life and contributing their experience to the team.

Your tasks

• You organize the daily group routine independently and proactively.

• You design the daily routine to suit the needs and developmental stage of the children.

• You implement our educational concept and contribute your own ideas.

• You accompany the children during their experiences and discoveries in nature.

• You maintain open and appreciative communication with parents.

• As group leader, you take responsibility for the group and support our apprentices in their daily work.

This is what you bring

• A recognized qualification in childcare, ideally as Childcare Specialist (FaBe) EFZ.

• Experience as a group leader.

• Enjoyment in taking on responsibility and working independently.

• Empathy, professional competence and open communication.

• Enthusiasm for working with children and for everyday life outdoors in nature.
