As a non-profit organization, Meliso offers parents and their children professional and targeted support during challenging phases of life.

Since August, an interdisciplinary team has been caring for children aged 0–7 around the clock in a residential setting. In the children's group Faro, we work with trauma pedagogy and according to the elements of Marte Meo. The structures in the group are intended to support the child's need for attachment and convey security. Transitions are designed mindfully, and the children's self-efficacy is promoted through information, participation, and rituals.

We are looking for someone to start immediately or by agreement

Childcare Specialist (FaBe) (or equivalent), 80-100%

Do you have experience in caring for infants and young children?

Do you enjoy planning and implementing excursions and leisure activities?

Do you respond to challenging behavior in children with understanding and the attitude of recognizing the underlying need and responding appropriately? Do you appreciate moments of joy, fun and creativity, adventure and success, relaxation and enjoyment, knowing that these can carry you through times of challenge and stress? Do you approach the children with a willingness to build relationships and set these within a professional framework?

You work with parents appreciatively, benevolently, and

empathetically. Building a cooperative process is important to you.

Night Duty Employee, 20-60%

You have training in a social or nursing profession and/or experience in caring for infants and young children.

You enjoy working in a team, and at the same time you have a high degree of personal responsibility. Working hours are from 17:30 - 08:30.

You supervise the children during dinner together, accompany them through the evening ritual, and are there for their needs during the night.
