Group Leader

We are looking for a Group Leader/BB 80% (Mon-Thu)

starting January 1, 2027 or by agreement

Our daycare consists of one group with 10-14 daily places for children aged 4 months up to school entry in supplementary family care. Our bright, spacious rooms offer plenty of space to play, learn and discover. There are also plenty of adventures waiting outside: forest, farm, playground with a large sandbox, and a traffic-free neighborhood are right in our surroundings.

Your tasks

• You take on the educational and organizational leadership of our mixed-age group "Rägeboge"

• You provide loving, respectful and professional care and create a place of security for the children

• You organize a varied daycare routine with clear structures, rituals and reliable processes

• You plan creative and diverse activities that are based on the interests and needs of the children

• You lead your team, conduct team meetings and promote open, appreciative and constructive collaboration

• You support and mentor our apprentices in close cooperation with the person responsible for vocational training

• You maintain a professional and trustworthy contact with parents and conduct parent meetings competently and appreciatively

• You work closely with the site management and actively contribute to the further development of the daycare

You bring

• Qualification as Childcare Specialist (FaBe) EFZ and at least two years of professional experience.

• Enjoyment and willingness to take on leadership responsibility

• High social and leadership skills as well as an appreciative attitude

• Qualification as vocational trainer or willingness to complete the BB course

• You identify with our values and want to live and pass them on in everyday daycare life

• You work in a team-oriented and independent manner and like to take on responsibility

• You are reliable, competent and keep calm, an overview and focus on the essentials even in hectic situations
