🌼 Your tasks

• Pedagogical, personnel and organizational management of the daycare

• Ensuring the quality of care according to our pedagogical concept

• Leading, supporting and developing the team

• Close cooperation with parents, sponsors and authorities

• Planning, organizing and implementing daycare projects

• Responsibility for compliance with quality standards and administrative processes
